For a single card or a card from a pair, a card that has not arrived 21 days after it was marked mailed is reprinted once when you write within 30 days of that date; later it becomes a credit. Cancelling a paid card in the app closes at 10am Pacific time on the Tuesday before the mailing date we showed you when you paid, or when we mail the card, whichever comes first; moving a card to an earlier week does not move that Tuesday. Cancellations, delays and refunds for a single card or a pair follow Terms section 8. Free promotional credits expire 40 days after grant. Subscription loss, reprints, declines and deletion refunds follow Terms section 8; subscription files are kept for 120 days, and a lost subscription card is reprinted from those files once at no charge when reported within that period. It does not become a credit. A recipient can ask that nothing further be mailed to an address with the reply code on the back of the card.
